Senior PHP Website Programmer

Candidate Requirements:

  • A broad understanding of web technologies
  • Expert level PHP 5
  • Expert level OO-PHP
  • MySQL5
  • jQuery
  • CSS Spriting
  • Standards compliant HTML/XHTML/CSS
  • Well-versed in documentation and version control standards
  • Experience setting up development environments a plus
  • Exceptional understanding of SQL and relational database design
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies
  • Experience with open source e-commerce a plus
  • Acute understanding of Content Management System development and/or equivalent
  • Open source CMS experience- Joomla and/or Drupal6 a major plus
  • Ability to understand diverse business models
  • Comfort with internet protocols, server configuration, and DNS

Senior Designer

Mindgruve is a leading digital agency specializing in integrated media campaigns. We are located in downtown San Diego in a loft-style, open workspace environment that promotes new ideas and empowers its creative team to spearhead innovative, quality work.

We are seeking a highly talented designer with excellent problem solving and presentation skills. You must be organized, detail-oriented and able to clearly communicate ideas both verbally and visually.

Candidate will be primarily responsible for producing design & layout for print projects but will be asked to design for web and interactive. Candidate will be expected to work closely with account executives, creative director, and art director throughout the creative process.

Job location: San Diego
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

  • BA in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
  • 3-5 years agency experience
  • Demonstrated Creative Mind
