Mindgruve is a leading digital media agency located in downtown San Diego in a loft-style, open workspace environment that promotes new ideas and empowers its employees to spearhead innovative, quality work that gets results for clients.

We are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day operational workflow of projects as well as translating vision, strategy and business process into a conceptual solution and implementation plan. We want this person to be adept in multitasking, and possess a background in managing workflow, timelines and budgets.

This position will work side-by-side with account managers and other department heads to create and uphold agency processes as they relate to the client and agency.

We need a person with:

• 3-5 years experience in project management in ad agency, digital media
• Experience and proven track record for success in web and/or software project management
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Clear understanding of the steps necessary to successfully execute a project
• Experience with Workamajig or other time/project management programs a plus
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• Clear and detailed communication skills for clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams
• Strong writing skills

What you’ll do here:

• Work with the Account Director and other account managers to streamline processes, timelines and production time to execute client deliverables
• Manage project timelines for software projects, delivering each piece on time and on budget
• Develop and track budgets for new and existing clients
• Spearhead project data input for new projects
• Liaise with outside vendors if needed by client(s)
• Work with design, development, content and social media teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Regularly update internal management with status and budget reports on open projects
