Mindgruve is Hiring: Full-Time Account DirectorMindgruve is a leading digital media agency located in downtown San Diego in a loft-style, open workspace environment that promotes new ideas and empowers its employees to spearhead innovative, quality work that gets results for clients. We are seeking an Account Director to maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships through comprehensive oversight and management of all accounts. He or she will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of all internal teams to effectively develop contracted deliverables and exceed client expectations. He or she will also oversee client relationships and be responsible for account growth, recommending staffing, client satisfaction and prioritization of client and project workflow, while ensuring that quality of all work meets agency and client standards. This position will work in conjunction with all department heads to play an important role in developing and leading initiatives to improve processes, provide mentoring and/or training to junior level staff, and drive company efforts to stay ahead of industry benchmarks. This position is expected to write detailed proposals as well as meet and manage budgets, and take a leadership role in presentations and meetings. We want someone who takes challenges head-on, receives constructive criticism well and upholds our creative and quality standards at all times.
